An assistant virtually helps you with remote tasks.  We handle routine clerical, secretarial and/or advanced administrative duties for other professionals. We organize files; generate written records such as correspondence, speech notes, spreadsheets, or power point presentations; manage calendars to schedule appointments; sort and respond to e-mails; prepare invoices and offer general staff support. We may serve as an initial point of contact by phone or virtually, by answering  phones and greeting visitors electronically. We engage in event planning, meeting setup and implementation. We also make travel arrangements and generate itineraries. We deal with other people virtually from a wide variety of levels, from staff members to management.
